The 2018 Marche Rosso Terrevignata is a vibrant and juicy effort, leading off with a bouquet of ripe black cherries, sage, mint and hints of smoke. It’s round and soothing, matching red and blue berries with sweet spices.

This remains lively and sapid throughout, while leaving a hint of licorice across the lightly structured finale. The Terrevignata is a blend of 50% Sangiovese, 35% Merlot and 15% Lacrima that’s nicely balanced and ready to please.
