Description

Light to medium green-yellow with fibrous particles (tartrates?) Green apple and peach with a touch of leesy aroma; quite tight in the nose at first but with the lime-zest scents there is a promise of more complexity with age. Also some green-forest leafy scents. Quite typical 2015 acidity, that makes the wine drier than it probably is, (although a little softer-edged acidity than most 2015s), but still very tight, with clean peppermint-infused finish with a little tooth-coating tannin.

As it warms a complex spiciness emerges: cilantro and fine Indian pepper.
