Description
The Andrea Oberto 2017 Barolo del Comune di La Morra is subdued on first nose, with a classic approach of dark fruit, dried currant, cherry confit, spice and tar. Compared to many of the wines from this challenging vintage, this expression from the Oberto family is more graceful and polished overall, although that extra power and the alcohol content (meausring 15%) do not go unnoticed.
As such, you ll want a nice cut of beef and a heaping side of roasted potatoes with this.
