Description

The Langenberg terroir is situated in the commune of Saint-Hippolyte. Its granite soil produces intensely aromatic dry wines – with notes of lemon, grapefruit and white flowers – which are subtle in the mouth with a steely saline finish.

At once sumptuously full-bodied and light, this cuvée pairs beautifully with asparagus, grilled fish and fresh goats cheese. It can be cellared for a good 10 years.
