Description

Lime, lemon verbena, semi-dried pineapple and quince with a real brightness, juiciness and texture and great weight. It builds in the mouth, finishing long and with a salty finish.

There s really quite a bit of oomph here and is best drunk with food rather than as an aperitif. Wonderful with cured fish, crab, whether mixed in with linguine, lemon and chilli or crab tart, and spicy dishes too.
