A lightly orange wine, given a night on the skins. Made without intervention so there s no additives, no filtering (this is an intensely cloudy white), no fining and not even sulfur is added.

Funky, earthy and retains a slight prickle from no being de-gassed and perhaps allowed to finish the last of the fermentation in the bottle.
