Aged 15 years in a combination of new and used oak in Château de Briat’s historic chai

The nose exhibits nutmeg on white peaches, fresh fennel bulb, and a nostalgic hit of grape Bubble Yum. The palate beguiles with a luscious, oily mouthfeel before snapping to attention with underripe plum, raspberry seed, and a remanent finish of chocolate-hazelnut wafer and sea salt.
