Description

The Ayres Perspective Pinot Noir is sourced from several sites within the Ribbon Ridge AVA – Ayres Estate (474 feet), Armstrong (450 feet), Lichtenwalter (525 feet), Veeman (525 feet). Vineyards are dry farmed and organic farming practices are employed.

Wines are fermented in open top, 2 ton fermenters using all indiginous yeasts for both primary and secondary fermentations. A small amount of whole clusters were used.
